- Order, Shipping & Delivery

- Minimum order quantity is 20 feet container.
- Delivery time commitments are truly depending on the project.
- For every order-assortment, we will give you an estimated delivery time.
- Please note that the following requires additional time :
- Client's original designs that we have to make sample or CAD.
- Sampling. To assure proper product making, we cannot rush test-error period of each sample.
- Anything with wooden components need 2 weeks additional for kiln-drying alone.
- Dipta welcomes quality inspectors and appointees at any time. We honestly consult material-alternatves for furniture to our clients; which are the wiser choices for furniture.
- We give honest delivery-time assessment: not to agree to an order at sooner time with intention to deliver late.
- Sampling-orders need additional time: estimations will be honestly made prior to down-payment.
- Dipta is not ISO certified as our products are almost 100%handmade; bordering with artistry and simplest management techniques are often already too much for the villager-workers.

- Dipta prices are not as high as ISO-certified competitors.

- Dipta prices are not as high as our competitors whom offer speed delivery.
- We don't agree to price-pressure with intention to later: "cut-one-leg-of-a-chair". We believe in serving the end-user first; their satisfaction is paramount.
